1> Product List
2> Detail Info
3> To Shopping Basket
4 > Enter ordering info
5 > Payment
6 > Affirm payment
1>Product List: Select one from the list.
2> Detail Info:Check detail info of the product
you want. Check the number, size, etc. and click "To
Shopping Basket."
3> To Shopping Basket: Check "brand, number,
and price" in "To Shopping Basket". If
you want to shop more, click "Shopping," and
you go back to "Product List." If you want
to buy some, click "Buy."
4> Enter ordering info:Enter the address accurately. If you
are the receiver, check "Same as mine" on the Receiver
field. If you send some for gifts, enter the exact address the products
will be delivered to. When this is done, check either "Credit
Card"
5> Payment:Make sure the final info and click "Done."
If there's anything wrong, click "Back" and
enter the info correctly again.
6 >Affirm payment:When it is done, a message "It is paid
successfully' comes up. If you click "Shopping", you go
back to Product List.

do I pay for products I buy? |

period of your credit card. Please enter them accurately and confirm
once again.

Name of the sender must match the name of the person placing the order.
-When you deposit, make sure that the name of the orderer should

Can
I check info about my order? |

check it out.
When you order, e-mail is automatically sent to your address.
The e-mail contains what you order, the address and the
name of the receiver.
If you find something wrong, let us know right away. Then
we'll correct it to send products right.

What
should I do to modify delivery info? |

Call XVIL. Careful: once the
express started delivery, it is impossible to modify delivery
info.

Do
I have to pay extra money for delivery? |

The transport charge will
be different depend on the receiver's address. Basically
there are two different ways; Express If you click the
order button & choose the delivery method you will
meet the delivery charge list. It is different according
to the weight of the goods that you have ordered &
to the distance from South Korea. |

How
to send a gift? |
 |

¢ºDomestic delivery
When you want to send products to a different person,
enter the details for the receiver. Then the products
are delivered to the receiver you specified.
¢ºOverseas delivery
When you want to send products to overseas, choose English
on "Language" on the top right. Then order
just as you do domestically. |

I sent a gift to somebody. How to know if it is
delivered safe? |

How
to cancel my order? |

|
|
Leave a notice about change
or cancelment in BBS or contact Customer Service to cancel
your order. (Caution: You must cancel it within 24 hours
after payment is received.)

Possible
to change/return/refund products I buy? |

|
|
If a product has something wrong, you can have a change
or cancelment through Customer Service or e-mailing. If
a wrong product is delivered by any chance, if a product
gets damaged or broken, or if a product you order is different
from the way it was described on the ad, you can apply
for a change, refund, or return.
Careful: you should have your request received within
20 days since products are delivered successfully. Returns
should contain everything from packing boxes to contents.
When you want to cancel the order because products are
broken, we are willing to pay for delivery. However, when
you cancel the order, for example, because you changed
your mind, you are to pay for delivery. Be careful in
ordering.
